Bordoodle WA’s ‘Chakra’ | Blue Merle F1 Bordoodle.

Chakra, born August, 2019. First litter expected, August 2022.

Temperament: Chakra is classed as a ‘neutral’ dog. She is a well balanced dog that exhibits playful behaviour. She is self confident and has exceptional coping skills. She will respectfully yet confidently enter a dog park and enjoys interacting happily with other dogs. She shares her possessions and food. Her toys show normal wear and tear but aren’t destroyed in minutes!
She has incredible emotional intelligence and will adapt to situations quickly. She is very loving and nurturing and enjoys cuddles, hugs and being patted but wont demand it.
Chakra is not obsessively food or toy orientated. She sits comfortably in between. She will train effectively with a high value treat and loves to play fetch and chasey, especially with kids!
Chakra loves travelling in the car and swimming in the pool or ocean.
Chakra can be active when needed on long walks and hikes or is happy just relaxing in front of the tv (she loves watching animal planet!).
She often puts herself to bed when she’s ready to rest and will wait patiently in the morning and wake up alongside you ready to start the day.
Chakra has featured in numerous marketing campaigns for print and online and is an absolute star in the studio! She loves being in front of the camera and takes direction like a champion!

Our Pride and Joy

Both our girls were raised here in Perth at Bordoodles WA.

What is a Merle?

Merle is a single color (black or brown) with a gene modifier which creates darker patches on a diluted base coat colour. This includes Blue or Chocolate merle accompanied with white markings on the face, chest, feet and tail.

We are currently working with Blue and Chocolate Merles who will be studded to a phantom/parti poodle - which will produce all the merle combinations as well as phantom and phantom merle parti colours.

Sophia, born October, 2021. First litter expected, May 2023.

Classic Chocolate Merle - this refers to her mottled unique colouring.

Temperament: Sophia is classed as a neutral dog with dominant playful behaviour. She is self confident with great coping skills. She will enter a dog park in a confident way and approach other dogs for play. She loves to be the boss and has no fear approaching dogs twice her size. She loves playful wrestling and tug-o-war with other dogs and prefers this over playing fetch or chasey. She shares her possessions and food with ease.
Sophia loves cuddling and licking your face, but is not obsessive about it or needy. She is very loving and enjoys attention.
She is food orientated, and trains very well with a high value treat. She is very smart and learns new tricks with ease.
Sophia loves the water and enjoys swimming in the pool or at the beach.
Sophia is athletic and active and enjoys being out an about at the park, markets or hiking. She also travels extremely well in the car.
